Savoury and sensational breakfasts and local food available. Well-appointed unit with an electric kettle and glassware. Exceptionally nice location easy to reach everything and easy access to a night market and a market.

Really nice overall experience. Fairly clean hotel, savoury and excellent breakfast, the location is incredible just off sightseeing, and famous tourist attractions. Good-sized and well-appointed room with private bathroom and satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, outstanding food, exceptionally friendly staff.

The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter and close to everything. The super nice team, especially Mr Ding Dong, who organized amazing excursions for us to Ha Long Bay. The food at breakfast was delicious with great selection. We had a room with a nice city view!

Unexpected adventures in Hanoi

The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi, with spacious and clean rooms offering lovely views. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with staff, especially Mr Ding, providing invaluable insights and organizing smooth tours.

The mattress in the room was outdated and dirty upon arrival, and I encountered an unwelcome surprise in the form of a cockroach on the curtains. The towels had an unusual burning smell that lingered throughout my stay, which certainly detracted from the overall experience. The hair dryer was wall-mounted and weak. Lastly, wear and tear throughout the hotel hinted that some updates would significantly enhance the comfort and appearance.

We had a cozy room with a lovely view, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly good with lots of options. The spa treatments were amazing, and I especially enjoyed the relaxing facial and the rejuvenating body scrub. The only hiccup was the hot water, which occasionally ran cold, but it didn't really dampen the overall experience 👍

The staff at S Central Hotel and Spa were pretty good, especially Mr Ding, who organized an really good tour. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect!

Location was amazing. Just a short walk from all the attractions. The super nice team, arranged SIM cards for us. And the room was spacious with a lovely balcony.

Loved the cozy Standard Double Room with a window. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. The spa treatments were a highlight, especially the body scrub! Breakfast options were delicious, and staff were very nice in helping with everything. Great central location made it easy to explore!

Enjoyed the spacious room with wonderful staff support. Had a great time exploring local sights, conveniently located just behind the cathedral. Tried their massage services which were rejuvenating. Don't miss the good breakfast options.
